Senior IT Product Manager
Cprime is looking for a Senior IT Product Manager, CX Platform. As a senior IT Product manager you will lead and manage a team of IT product managers covering Customer/Agent experience and Operational excellence. As you lead the complete product lifecycle from definition and introduction to end-of-life. In this role you will work collaboratively, driving strategic alignment within the organization and it's suite of products, and communicate effectively to both internal and potentially external audiences. Develop requirements using a balance of future vision, near term opportunities, customer requirements, business acumen, and management of day-to-day product issues. Engage with executives, business partners, channels, and end users to clearly design and define business processes to be enabled in the Customer LifeCycle. The position is dynamic and you should be comfortable with frequent multi-tasking among technical, business, strategic and planning activities. Define overall vision and strategy for a product / solution, including CX integrations, customer value proposition, and business objectives. 
What You Get To Do ●  In this Product Management role, you'll be responsible for conceiving and developing new products and features in the CX platform. You will manage product lifecycle from design to release and define new products and features, analyze customer requirements, perform market and competitive research, and own the roadmap of your product. ●  Manage a team of UT product managers that own the Customer Experience, Agent Experience and Operational Excellence. ●  Own responsibilities over the CX tech stack, making sure we have a best in class CX infrastructure based the internal architecture standards ●  Lead and oversee all technical CX project management working directly with Product management teams ●  Manage the technical development and enhancements of all CX channels and partners (e.g. Ultimate) ●  Follow and implement best practices for our CX technology stack including the addition of new partners and tools ●  Responsible for interfacing with the business and being a champion to ensure alignment with Core product teams to help build the future roadmap of the end customer. ●  Work with engineering and associated functions (UI/UX) to bring clarity to requirements in order to facilitate a successful outcome and delivery. ●  Work with the GTM team to deliver Key requirements from the internal customers ●  Own IT Strategy product area(s) providing direction, delivering product features & improvements, and creating great customer experiences ●  Identify gaps and issues, design problem solutions, including the definition and collection of clear, actionable business requirements
