Our Levvel team is growing! Our operations team is seeking a Resource Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the project fulfillment process. You will ensure the effective and efficient deployment of resources, including reassessment and reallocation, in a dynamic multi-project environment, to achieve optimum results. This includes working across teams to understand upcoming project needs, understand team compositions and individual skills, and engage the recruiting team, all while optimizing the fulfillment process to enhance efficiency and drive business outcomes.
In this role, you will assist with staff forecasting requirements and maintain skills and qualification information for all staff, in order to identify gaps in capability and resources that may impact the ability to meet the demands of the business. You will assist in the deployment of staff to meet utilization targets and you will maintain an understanding of the resource demand forecasts to recommend relevant actions for the business.
In this role you will work cross functionally. You must thrive in communicating with leaders at all levels in various functions. You will understand their business needs and how they fit into the bigger picture that drives the organizational strategy. You will drive weekly meetings to discuss all open needs and maintain the reporting across all sales and delivery teams.
Within the first month you will be running weekly meetings and driving the reporting. You will have had introductions across all areas of the business and be consistently engaging across teams. Within the first three months, you will have a strategic understanding of priorities to consider when staffing client work and be able to provide your own recommendations to various leaders. You will maintain a positive working relationship with all areas and be a strong collaborator in order to drive the business forward.

  • Collaborate with Discipline Leads, Sales and Delivery, Operations and Human Resources teams to own project staffing and Resource Management
  • Engage sales and delivery teams to understand upcoming project needs and prioritize those needs based on multiple criteria
  • Engage Discipline Leads to understand their team's abilities
  • Establish relationships and maintain contacts with people from a variety of backgrounds 
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of individual consultant capabilities and desires related to project related efforts. This includes developing an understanding of the nuances between functional skills and technology stacks
  • Engage Human Resources and Recruiting to prioritize hiring needs related to staffing requirements
  • Own data quality within internal systems to ensure that data is up to date including resource needs, upcoming projects, projects that are coming to a close, individual consultant skills, and project assignment data
  • Assist with forecasting upcoming skill needs based on opportunities in the sales pipeline
  • Produce weekly reporting on the current state of resourcing affairs to the operations executive team and managers​​
  • Check progress against targets, report as necessary and take action to resolve exceptions
  • Apply quality standards to all tasks undertaken and ensure that nothing is overlooked
