As a Senior Manager of Brand, you will be the steward and champion of Relativity’s brand, its lead ambassador. You will develop and update standards, serve as an internal expert on brand usage, and be the subject-matter expert to groups outside the company. You’ll apply your creative and market skills to developing awareness and activation programs for critical parts of Relativity: community, product, and talent. You will oversee research efforts to determine the health of the Relativity brand and forecast ways to grow. You will be an integral part of the planning process, creating and presenting strategies, goals, budget, and measurement for scalable brand development.  

Brand Management and Systems

  • Manages the brand portfolio and advises teams on branding decisions based on established brand architecture processes.  
  • Works with brand and product teams to determine appropriate brand strategy, works with creative team to develop identity systems, artwork, and guidelines for approved product- or corporate-level brands. 
  • Evaluates and selects vendors and agency partners to work on the Relativity brand. 
  • Manages company-level brand messaging and engages with communications, event, product, and talent teams on how to integrate this messaging into corporate communications and GTM messages. 
  • Serves as the primary brand liaison for global marketing teams and external partner groups. Provides training on brand architecture, messaging, and digital site contents, answers questions, and helps evaluate usage in practice. 
  • Develops brand ambassadorship programming and incentives for employees and members of the Relativity Community. 

Brand Program Development and Implementation

  • Leads the planning of brand marketing programs designed to increase market awareness or positive brand perceptions, and establishes metrics/goals for existing programs.  
  • Leads the implementation of approved brand marketing programs. Coordinates with Accounts and Creative teams to establish goals and metrics, sets marketing calendar, leads creative and production processes, coordinates cross-functional activities, manages schedules, and ensures timely completion of all deliverables. 
  • Participates in the development of strategies for building and executing brand engagement through partnerships and paid/earned/owned media, such as podcasts and The Relativity Blog. 

Brand Research and Innovation

  • Develops and executes research plans that track brand health and perceptions over time. 
  • Coordinates with Marketing Ops, Corporate Communications, and Employer Brand to analyze data resulting in appropriate action plans. Effectively articulates results and plans to stakeholders. 
  • Researches new ways for brands to deepen connections with customers and employees and brings the best ideas to the brand team and brand marketing planning process. 
  • Stays current with cultural trends and events and evaluates potential risk or benefit to the brand of world events. Shares recommendations with senior marketing leadership. 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Comfortable representing Relativity in group environments or in interactions with customers. 
  • Ability to understand and effectively communicate abstract theory and technical details to general audience in an approachable manner 
  • Service mindset with colleagues and customers 
  • Meticulous attention to detail in artwork review and proofreading 
  • Demonstrated history of creativity and self-motivation  
  • Excellent collaboration skills across interdisciplinary teams, often in a leadership position 
  • Superior organizational skills  
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, team environment with shifting priorities 

Minimum Qualifications

  • BA/BS in Fine Arts, Journalism, Communications, or at least five years’ experience in a marketing, communications, corporate branding, or art direction role
