What you’ll do as a Compliance Program Coordinator at Notarize:

  • Understand & use data to prioritize work, measure success, and communicate with the broader company
  • Work with the QC and Compliance team to develop and evaluate projects
  • Assist with design and implementation of QC and Compliance initiatives
  • Monitor, Review and Evaluate documents completed by notaries on the Notarize platform and other departments within Notarize
  • Review existing processes, identify gaps, recommend improvements and implement changes 
  • Establish key performance metrics and implement strategies for continuously improving them
  • Stay abreast of changes and updates to procedures and compliance requirements.
  • Be a part of a growing legal team with an entire ecosystem to build

What we’re looking for:

  • Ability to facilitate effective meetings and conversations. 
  • Demonstrated expertise in Notarial Acts & Compliance regulations surrounding e-Notarization. 
  • Exceptional listening and analytical skills 
  • Solid time management skills 
  • Ability to adapt to change and successfully set and adjust priorities as needed 
  • Proficiency in office software (GSuite, Microsoft Office, etc.)
  • Ability to learn new company-specific software programs
  • Experience researching problems, digging deep, and finding solutions
  • Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work well independently, within a team, and with multiple teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to display professionalism in communication and interaction with internal and external clients
  • Notary Experience Preferred


  • This is a full-time, hourly position with benefits
  • Work day is 8:00am-5:00pm (Eastern)
  • Monday to Friday with (2) 20-minute breaks (paid) and 1 hr lunch (unpaid)
