What You'll Be Doing:

  • Build and execute our social media marketing strategy
  • Develop and monitor social media KPIs for Truepill brands and partners working towards broader growth targets
  • Moderate social media platforms and craft appropriate comment/message responses to drive positive community engagement
  • Oversee the cultivation of online communities on the company's behalf including on Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Reddit, SnapChat TikTok, and other social media channels
  • Monitor social sentiment and coordinate with the customer service team to respond appropriately to patient comments and customer reviews on social media and online review platforms
  • Execute ongoing social audience audits to identify areas for improvement, then collaborate with marketing and product teams to implement best practices for business growth
  • Create and maintain an editorial content plan across multiple social platforms and manage all social media scheduling
  • Work with content marketers to create compelling and on-brand social content and also write and design content yourself
  • Work collaboratively with our media buyer on ad content using insights drawn from organic social performance, and vice versa
  • Research and report on external trends and competitors to inform steps needed to be a leader in the social media realm
  • Develop influencer marketing strategies, identify and liaise with relevant influencers, negotiate fair rates for content, and ensure the relevant legal agreements are in place
  • Review influencer and paid ad creative for brand compliance, escalating to our legal team for review as appropriate.

What You'll Need:

  • 3-5 years of social media management experience at a fast-growing company, preferably in the DTC healthcare industry
  • A creative thinker with solid planning and organizational skills
  • Proven measurable success in growing the social media presence of a company(ies) or organization(s) through organic and paid means
  • Ability to identify, track, and interpret social media metrics and trends
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) with a knack for great customer service
  • A curious mind and ability to hit the ground running
  • A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and on-brand communication
  • The hands-on DIY motivation and skill to design on-brand static images and simple animations/videos is a plus
  • Experience working with influencer talent is a plus
  • Ability to troubleshoot and proactively problem-solve across teams and tools
  • The ability to digest large data sets, communicate critical insights, and ask the right questions
  • Experienced in the business use of social media platforms (e.g., Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Reddit, SnapChat, TikTok)
  • Experienced in a variety of marketing & analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Google Analytics, Google Sheets/Excel, Google Slides/PowerPoint, Figma, BrandWatch, Buffer, BuzzSumo, Pulsar, etc.)
