The Role
Veeva is looking for an all-star Product Manager to launch and grow the next generation of Vault Safety products in Europe.  We’re looking for a high-energy, passionate individual with experience in enterprise product management. In this role, you will be responsible for building game-changing pharmacovigilance (drug safety) products that take into account regional requirements and nuances, continuing Veeva’s success as the leading provider in cloud-based technology for Life Sciences.  You will work closely with customers, sales, consulting, and engineering teams and the result will improve the lives of millions.

What You’ll Do

  • Be the product evangelist. Become the subject matter expert for internal audiences and external customers.
  • Be hands-on.  Design, Prototype, Configure - validate solutions rapidly to ensure we solve the right problems, in the right order.
  • Be a storyteller. Work with Marketing and Customer Success teams to ensure new product features and benefits are clearly communicated to customers
  • Be a leader. Look for an opportunity to innovate and grow, keep up with the latest European pharmacovigilance trends and distill them into your products.  
  • Be an owner. Cultivate the roadmap for your products, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and peers to deliver high-quality, intuitive features
  • Be agile. Design, implement, iterate.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience in enterprise business application software targeted at a vertical market
  • 7+ year’s work professional work experience in agile environments
  • Experience launching and growing new applications targeting a specific vertical
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated skills in design, product development, and planning
  • Degree in computer science, engineering, or business administration
  • Experience fostering close relationships with customers and internal teams
  • Experience working with multiple countries throughout Europe
  • Fluent in English
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites when required for onsite meetings, and 3 times a year to Veeva HQ in Pleasanton, California

  • Experience with Life Sciences, Pharmacovigilance (Drug Safety), Regulatory or eClinical products
  • Experience with EMA Pharmacovigilance (Drug Safety) Regulatory Landscape
