Position Summary:
Vivun is hiring our first Recruiting Coordinator to serve as a Vivun brand ambassador and give every candidate a stellar, one of a kind recruiting experience. In this role, you’ll work closely with a team of recruiters to ensure Vivun hires the most talented individuals across all roles. This is an exciting opportunity to be the first person in the role and help impact and shape the recruiting organization at a fast growing company!  In this role, you will be a master of organizing, coordinating and hosting and you’ll be a natural at relationship building, both with candidates and interviewers. You are passionate about candidate experience and building an efficient and effective recruiting process. This is a remote position that can be done from anywhere in the US. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the interview scheduling process from initial candidate contact to offer
  • Communicate and confirm interview details to candidates; ensuring that they have all of the necessary information they need to feel prepared
  • Provide an exceptional experience for each candidate; making them feel comfortable, informed, and welcome throughout their entire process
  • Act as the primary point-of-contact on interview days for both the candidate and interviewers; professionally and efficiently handling all scheduling changes and any other glitches that may occur
  • Coordinate all pre-brief and debrief interview panel meetings
  • Identify improvements to our recruitment processes/policies, always focusing on improving candidate experience and efficiency
  • Update candidate records and job postings in recruiting systems and provide reporting on recruiting activities weekly
  • Jump into sourcing and recruiting outreach activities as needed

Desired Skills & Experience

  • 1-2+ years of recruiting operations experience in a high-growth environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize workloads while manage multiple relationships
  • Excellent communication skills across all mediums that attracts and grows lasting relationships, internally and externally
  • High energy, with a will to win and the ability to motivate others
  • Genuine desire to help others succeed and recognize colleagues for their contributions and achievements
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
