In this role, you'll get to

  • Work closely with our head of product and technical leads
  • Create and maintain project documentation
  • Schedule, coordinate, and moderate scrum events & meetings
  • Plan sprints, distribute tasks
  • Monitor issue progress and keep sprints / project progress on track
  • Own sprint backlog
  • Manage risks, conflicts, and blockers to ensure timely delivery
  • Set up and own the bug reporting process / lifecycle
  • Track and document risks / dependencies / decisions / workarounds
  • Ensure that all deliverables meet acceptance criteria
  • Facilitate creation and maintenance of product team playbooks
  • Report on project progress
  • Plan and manage production deployments and cross-functional deliverables
  • Become the team's advocate for asynchronous communication

About you

  • 5+ years of experience in project management in IT
  • Experience with B2B / SaaS products
  • Extensive experience working with agile (scrum) teams
  • Experience working with fully remote / distributed teams
  • Champion in async communication
  • Proficient with issue tracking software (we use Linear)
  • Excellent organisational and documentation skills (we use Notion and Almanac)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong understanding of technical limitations and opportunities
