In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Manage complex day-to-day correspondence, calendars and scheduling for our VP of Engineering and VP of Product based on communicated priorities
  • Manage the company’s R&D calendar, planning key milestones and initiatives in advance
  • Work collaboratively with cross-team EAs to help move the business forward
  • Plan and facilitate internal and external meetings (for example: yearly and quarterly planning, team meetings, all hands, off-sites, etc.)
  • Assist with documentation and follow-up that may be needed in conjunction with meetings
  • Effectively interface with employees across the company
  • Take initiative to research areas of interest to support priorities, discussions and key decisions
  • Be ready and willing to get involved in special initiatives and projects such as event planning, drafting internal communications, team and individual recognition
  • Be a partner with the Engineering leadership team and maintain a high-level understanding of priorities across all orgs 

Skills we're looking for:

  • Previous experience in executive administration, ideally in a fast-paced and innovative environment
  • Skillful execution of administrative activities, with high attention to detail, organization and process
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Strong collaboration and relationship management skills; ability to build a personal network throughout the company and with external partners as needed.
  • Strong oral and written communication; ability to communicate clearly and effectively with senior leaders and external partners.
  • Agility and flexibility in response to changing priorities and needs; with proactive follow-through
  • Ability to handle confidential material with the utmost discretion
  • Experience with tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Calendar, Excel, PowerPoint, Google docs and/or Quip an asset, though not required
