Our customers, such as Pearson, Lyft and Freshworks, embed Appcues in their products to influence user behavior and grow their business through beautiful in-app experiences they design. 
We are looking to add our first Revenue Operations role to start building out our Go To Market operations function. As Appcues’ first Rev Ops hire, your mission will be to achieve strategic alignment throughout all revenue-driving functions - marketing, sales, customer success, product and finance - across the entire customer lifecycle, to drive growth and exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Sales and Customer Success CRMs to include ownership over go to market processes, reporting, analysis and data hygiene
  • Manage sales and customer success team forecasting, territory planning, performance and variable compensation
  • Own all GTM reporting and analysis to drive key actionable insights from large data sets
  • Provide support and data validation to internal teams
  • Work cross functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Product to ensure alignment on key revenue and retention initiatives and milestones
  • Create and manage dashboards and build revenue forecasts to develop full transparency of team performance versus goals. Develop leading indicators to understand risks and opportunities
  • Work closely with Finance to manage billing, collections and revenue tracking and forecasting
  • Partner with leadership to strategize, operationalize and analyze the impact of business initiatives and hiring requirements
  • Oversee systems and data administration and recommend tools and processes to improve data quality and centralization of key information

About You

  • You have a "startup mentality" and are excited to work in a fast paced environment, wear multiple hats and adapt quickly to change
  • You are a self starter and can identify the need for, plan and executive projects with little direction.
  • You are comfortable with large data sets and the ability to manipulate and package information to drive organizational changes
  • You have a systems and process-oriented mindset, easily able to self-onboard to new tools and understand how different systems work together to contribute to the go to market motion
  • You have deep experience developing workflows, reporting and analysis within a go to market CRM (i.e. Hubspot, Salesforce)
  • You have working knowledge of Business Intelligence Data Visualization tools (i.e. Looker, Tableau, PowerBI).
  • You have a strong skillset within Excel or Google Sheets
  • You have 3+ years in Sales Operations role within a high-growth SaaS company
  • You are aligned and excited to contribute to the Appcues values and sales team behaviors
