The purpose of the Advanced Technologies Sales team is to incubate and drive sales of new UiPath offerings that are strategically adjacent yet require a different sales strategy and motion from the Automation Platform Enterprise sales process in place today. The Advanced Technologies product offerings are designed to draw from the strengths of the core Automation platform, which in turn creates greater overall platform value once integrated vs stand-alone offerings. These offerings may be sold with or without the Enterprise Automation Platform upon inception, with the goal of promoting the offering in the future to the mainstream core sales GTM motion.  The Solution Engineer role internally supports the Advanced Technologies Sales Specialists, Account Executives, Core Presales, Customer Success, Partners, Services, and Product to help customers understand and implement emerging UiPath solutions. Your MissionThe role encompasses the following: ·      Be part of a team that helps customers transform the way they work with innovative solutions·       Work with customers to understand business challenges and opportunities·       Map technology solutions to business challenges and opportunities·       Own technical product expertise and market understanding to drive customer success·       Collaborate with core counterparts (Sales, Presales, Customer Success, Services, Product, Marketing, Channel) to achieve sales targets

This is what you’ll do at UiPath:

  • Become a deep SME in the focus Products of your team (Process Mining, Task Mining)
  • Use your expertise to guide and coach UiPath ‘generalists’ to build deeper knowledge and skills across the larger GTM team
  • Lead critical customer presales interactions (business demos, technical demos and workshops, proof of concepts)
  • Build best practice materials (standard demo scripts, maintain and update demo environments)
  • Create new sales materials (industry-specific use cases, innovative custom demos, etc.)
  • Collaborate with Product to translate customer conversations to Product roadmap and prioritization
  • Coach and work with Partners to drive channel enablement and growth
  • Deliver internal enablement and training sessions

This is what you'll bring to our team:

  • BA/BS in STEM-related field
  • Relevant work experience in consulting or software products to the tasks described above
  • Additional beneficial experience: process mining, process modeling, data visualization, data analytics, ETL, data modeling, APIs, RPA, low code, and related disciplines
  • 3+ years' experience in enterprise software sales, presales, consulting or business development. Additional years' experience a plus.
  • Competitive, self-motivated, proactive team player
  • Proficiency in leading and facilitating customer meetings and workshops
  • Passion for solving customer problems
  • Strong process- and data-analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong English skills. Other languages are a plus.
  • Ability to adapt to a changing environment and bring new ideas
