Position Summary:
Vivun is seeking an automation-oriented and analytical Marketing Operations Manager to join our growing Marketing team! In this role, you’ll own both the email channel and operational strategy behind our marketing programs and collaborate with the Demand Gen and Sales Development teams to build and automate marketing campaigns that support an organization scaling at a rapid pace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, test, schedule, and report on the success of batch and triggered/nurture email campaigns from briefs to asset creation.
  • Design Lead gen flows and collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure world-class lead routing and MQL visibility.
  • Own the tracking strategy by leveraging UTMs to measure campaign effectiveness and lead source attribution.
  • Own the tech stack centered around Marketo/SFDC, Sendoso, Drift, Zapier, and Wordpress.
  • Constantly explore and test new tech to assess solutions that align with our goals.
  • Formalize marketing data acquisition, data quality, and database segmentation for campaign efficiency, health, quality, deliverability, and integrity.
  • Manage & QA campaigns, lead flow, and Wordpress landing pages to ensure content is accurate, links are functional, and routing is efficient.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • 5+ years experience in a B2B marketing operations/automation/technology role, including 2+ years experience of Marketo Admin experience  (Implementation, Integrations, Segmentation, Best Practices)
  • SFDC experience (understanding standard objects & sync rules)
  • Experience designing, writing, and balancing multiple one-off email campaigns and nurture streams to engage customers and prospects at every stage of the email lifecycle
  • Skilled in working with data at varying levels of granularity
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities
  • Superb oral and written communication abilities
