The Enterprise Cloud Demand Generation Manager oversees and coordinates high-impact global marketing strategies and demand generation programs for Neo4j’s Enterprise Cloud Offering. The primary focus of this role is to raise awareness, generate demand, and drive revenue/sales pipeline to meet Neo4j’s aggressive revenue targets. 
As a member of the Global Demand Generation team, you will be responsible for driving high-quality lead generation programs. These programs are designed to take prospects and customers along the buyer’s journey by leveraging the entire marketing mix. This includes, but is not limited to, running events and industry trade shows, optimizing digital advertising, and coordinating product launches. 
You will have a proven track record of designing and executing successful marketing programs, working cross-functionally in globally distributed teams, partnering effectively with sales and technical teams, and ensuring that programs are communicated and measured consistently across the organization.

What You'll Do

  • Responsible for coordinating and executing marketing programs, including digital advertising, general marketing, and event strategy to generate new leads and opportunities, and influence the existing sales pipeline.
  • Accountable for the execution and optimization of marketing campaigns to deliver the key performance metrics and targets, including net new enterprise leads and new sales accepted opportunities (10%).
  • Engage and work collaboratively with all marketing functions to efficiently and creatively design and execute marketing campaigns.
  • Define event strategy and execute internal digital/in-person events and industry trade shows (e.g., AWS re:Invent, Google Next, Azure Ignite).
  • Responsible for coordinating product launches activities with the Product Marketing team and all other relevant stakeholders.
  • Engage and work collaboratively with local field marketing counterparts and local sales teams to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives.
  • Continuously and consistently analyze program effectiveness to optimize execution, efficiency, and results.

Who You Are/Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing/communication/business, MBA preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in Demand Generation/Field Marketing, developing and executing digital/physical programs and events
  • Affinity with the software industry, specifically with cloud products
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in globally distributed teams
  • Strong planning and project management skills–ability to effectively manage multiple projects, prioritize, be detail-oriented, and meet deadlines
  • Goal-oriented, self-starter, and creative problem solver who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective communicator, strong team player able to collaborate with all levels in an organization (leadership to operational)
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
  • Marketo and Salesforce knowledge
  • Ability to travel to support marketing activities, as required by the business
