We're looking for an organized and collaborative marketer with a clear understanding of managing B2B demand generation programs across multiple campaigns, channels, and stakeholders to deliver on pipeline and revenue targets. 

What you’ll do as our Demand Generation Manager:

  • Own successful execution of highly targeted demand generation campaigns, including ownership of demand gen performance metrics such as site traffic, CTR, conversion rate, marketing qualified leads, meetings set, opportunities created, pipeline, and revenue
  • Proactively seek opportunities to evolve program performance through new program ideas, A/B testing, and/or additional optimization techniques
  • Partner closely with internal content team to develop insights into what works for our specific audiences in order to optimize campaign performance
  • Optimize management of demand generation program spend
  • Management of agency partnerships, syndicate relationships and related demand gen vendors 
  • Liaise with cross-functional stakeholders such as Customer Success, Sales, Partner and Human Resources on work as it relates to demand gen
  • Management of the Digital Marketing Specialist & Email Marketing roles 

What we’re looking for:

  • 3-5 years experience in demand generation, preferably in B2B SaaS
  • Expert in end-to-end campaign development, execution, and measurement required
  • Proven experience in successfully managing the funnel metrics needed to move the needle on accelerating pipeline and revenue velocity
  • Experience with marketing softwares such as Marketo, Salesforce, and ABM platforms such as 6Sense/Demandbase 
  • Strong copywriting skills particularly focused on ad copy, emails, and landing pages
  • Strong understanding of best practices for lead management such as lead scoring, nurturing, handoff, etc. 
  • Proven ability to communicate clearly across multiple cross-functional stakeholders
