We're looking for an experienced marketing operations leader to optimize workflows across our marketing tech stack, while building a center of excellence in marketing analytics to influence pipeline and revenue generation. 

What you’ll do as our Marketing Ops Director:

  • Own and scale our marketing technology infrastructure, enabling the marketing organization to better segment, target, and engage with prospects and customer 
  • Partner with the sales operations functions to put optimize marketing automation processes such as lead scoring models and audience segmentation
  • Establish a comprehensive reporting function that will provide visibility into marketing effectiveness, revenue growth opportunities, and other key business drivers - including executive summaries and  board-level reporting
  • Analyze campaign performance by partnering with our Marketing Data Analyst to disseminate insights across the marketing team and other business units.
  • Manage a process of iterative A/B testing to continually improve the performance of email, landing pages and other digital channels 
  • Manage contracts & relationships with marketing tech stack vendors/providers 
  • Management of Marketing Programs Specialist(s) roles 

What we’re looking for:

  • 5+ years of experience in a marketing operations role, preferably in a B2B or B2C SaaS environment
  • Proficiency with marketing analytics platforms such as Google Analytics
  • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms such as Hubspot and Marketo 
  • Experience working with other critical elements of a SaaS tech stack such as Salesforce (Lightning & Classic), Clearbit and ZoomInfo
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence key stakeholders across the business 
  • Proven track record of successfully building out a scalable marketing operations function
