Redox is a 6+ year old, scaling startup on a mission to change healthcare. Joining the Talent Acquisition team at Redox, you will play a meaningful role in the growth of the Redox team. We count on the TA Team to ensure that the top of our hiring pipeline consistently has high quality candidates to meet our hiring goals. 
You will be one of the first Redoxers new candidates interact with. You will be a key part of the coordination of the interviewing process for our candidates and referred candidates. You’ll work closely with the Recruiters and hiring teams to enable candidates to move through the hiring pipeline until the successful candidate is identified and hired. You will ensure that candidates have a great experience in applying to Redox, through interview coordination, problem solving, follow up communication, etc..
Being a part of the Talent Acquisition team at Redox is a key role to our success as a company. As such, you must embody Redox culture, champion our mission, and set the tone that will last throughout a successful candidate’s Redox career.

What you will do:

  • Assist Recruiters and Hiring Team members with scheduling as needed
  • Be a key resource to assist with ensuring interview tools are operating effectively, such a Zoom
  • Respond to candidate inquires
  • Assist with reference calls
  • Assist with job postings
  • Troubleshoot scheduling issues
  • Create interview feedback templates
  • Source from the Lever ATS platform for candidates
  • Reporting

Required Experience:

  • 2 years professional work environment experience in a RC role
  • Experience working with a Applicant Tracking System (we use Lever)
  • Ability to utilize online systems to organize, schedule, and communicate effectively
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in a fast paced environment
  • Prior experience working remotely
  • Enjoy high levels of interaction with a wide variety of people
  • Ability to remain calm during high stress situations

Ideal Experience (But not required)

  • Working with Lever, Zoom, Slack, Goodtime Scheduling tools
  • LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Background check platforms
