The role:You will lead a team focused on analysis, monitoring and continual improvement of data quality within the Collective Medical network. The network includes patient visits and clinical data from hundreds of health systems and payers nationally, including 3B+ inbound and 150M+ outbound transactions annually. The team’s focus includes data ingested by, data sent by and the configuration of the Collective Medical platform. Who you'll work with:●        Your team: data analysts and data engineers ●        Delivery: the managers and directors of the teams responsible for implementations and support of the Acute and Payer products at PointClickCare●        Customer Success: the account management function for Acute and Payer clients●        Our customers: especially CIOs and other data-focused stakeholders of large health plans and state- and region-wide agencies. What you’ll be doing day to day:●        Manage a team of data analysts and data engineers ●        Define and prioritize the Data Quality team’s work●        Contribute to analyses and communicate the meaning of the results to stakeholders●        Lead organizational change management efforts●        Manage stakeholders throughout the company and lead through influence Skills and experience we seek:●        5+ years’ experience in healthcare analytics, preferably with a focus on data quality initiatives●        Demonstrated success leading continual improvement or organizational change management ●        Experience using Lean or other standard frameworks for continual improvement and organizational change management●        Strong analysis skills, including use of statistical methods●        Experience with and a passion for leading a team●        Bachelors or higher in a STEM field is a plus What success will look like:●        You will become a trusted teammate, mentor, and leader to individuals on the team ●        The team will develop expanded proactive monitoring, alerting and responses to potential issues●        The Delivery teams will be more effective and efficient in performing their work because of the Data Quality team●        The team’s work will be planned and prioritized with strong support from stakeholders particularly in Delivery and Customer SuccessIt is the policy of PointClickCare to ensure equal employment opportunity without discrimination or harassment on the basis of race, religion, national origin, status, age, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, marital or domestic/civil partnership status, disability, veteran status, genetic information, or any other basis protected by law.
