  • Supports warehouse automation projects to include reporting, schedule, budget, project performance, and overall quality.
  • Participates in project planning, estimating, scheduling, procurement, and execution of various stages within assigned projects.
  • Creates and maintains internal and external customer relationships and expectations.
  • Communicates project changes that impact the overall approved budget or schedule.
  • Coordinate with multiple vendors or contractors on technical-related project requirements.
  • Ability to manage several projects through the full project life cycle process.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of project strategies.
  • Participates in on-site visits to check in on project status.
  • Assists in development, implementation, and maintenance of new and existing standards of practice for project management activities; software, best practices, creation of processes, and procedures.
  • May prepare or participate in reports, operations and procedural manuals, and other written material and/or documentation as required.
  • Intermediate skills with using computers and software; Project Management Software, Email, Google Meets, Word, Excel.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.


  • 3-5 years of Commercial Facilities Project Coordinator experience
  • Extensive knowledge in 5S & Lean Practices
  • Pharmaceutical, warehouse knowledge is a plus
  • Knowledge of facilities planning and construction management processes and procedures, estimating, budgeting, and scheduling practices, building codes, and standards of practice, laws governing construction contracts and contracting
  • Ability to read and interpret floor plans.
This is a remote position with 30% required travel.
