We are a Series C-funded logistic technology company that has increased our revenue by 200% year over year, led by a leadership team of logistics veterans and experienced engineers, product leaders and data scientists continuing to disrupt this $800 billion industry In this newly created individual contributor position, you will partner with carriers and identify technical solutions to solve their business challenges through a consultative sales approach.  You’re curious, driven and a true optimist who is adept at building rapport with carriers. We are the leader in the industry but know we need to keep our foot on the gas to keep winning; thus we need a Sr. Digital Sales Rep with a strong sense of urgency to achieve their mission while having fun along the way! 


  • Drive complex sales cycles for logistics SaaS solutions to small Carriers from initial contact to successful onboarding within a fast-paced sales environment
  • Work with Marketing to build and manage a strong pipeline of customers
  • Constantly refine your sales skills with sales management and sales enablement as well as seek and apply constructive feedback to constantly refine your approach
  • Actively share customer feedback and your own observations with Loadsmart’s Product and Engineering teams to enhance value for your customers
  • Become a subject matter expert on our business, including processes, operations, the competitive landscape, and remaining up-to date on industry news
  • Participate as an active member of our collaborative sales team and contribute to our culture of sales success


  • Fluent in Hindi written and verbal communication
  • You who know carriers and have sold them solutions that their truckers need
  • 5+ Years of direct sales experience in B2B enterprise logistics software sales with a consistent track record of exceeding quota in a highly entrepreneurial and teamwork oriented environment
  • 3+ years selling logistics software
  • Leveraging sales productivity similar to Salesforce, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator (this is our current stack)

  • Someone who helps add value to customers in a strategic way; Knows how to partner with carriers and identify technical solutions to business challenges.
  • Possessing a strong ability to establish and manage relationships with prospects 
  • Embracing a growth mindset, sense of curiosity and strong problem solving skills; you are constantly learning about emerging market trends to identify potential opportunities and gaps
  • You challenge the status quo and roll up your sleeves to implement meaningful change
