Redox is growing quickly, and a key success metric for us to achieve our goals of improving patient data and health data integration is that we must have the right Redoxers on our team. We are hiring to support our growth, and in this competitive employment market, believe that having a dedicated Sourcing Talent Partner will enhance our ability to find, attract, and hire the best people to join the Redox team.
The Sourcing Talent Partner’s key accountability is to provide a steady incoming flow of candidates that match Redox's ongoing and upcoming talent hiring needs. They are the go-to for developing sourcing strategies to build and maintain candidate pipelines for hard to fill roles, ongoing hiring needs, recruiting and building relationships with passive candidates, and diversity recruiting. 
They are the face of the Redox Talent team to a wide range of community resources, diversity networks, and prior candidates in our database. They know the best places to get not only our usual candidate skill sets, but can research and build out new recruiting resources as needed. Our team capabilities will expand over time, and our Talent team must be prepared to fill open positions in a timely manner. 
Ultimately, they will be responsible for building a strong talent pipeline for our company’s current and future staffing needs.

What You Will Do

  • Collaborate with Talent Partners and hiring managers to identify each teams unique requirements
  • Build and implement a Sourcing & Pipeline Management plan
  • Responsibility for being the first point of contact for candidates, delivering exceptional candidate care and ensuring that candidates are effectively pre-screened before inclusion into the recruitment process.
  • Sending initial outreach emails to identified candidates, and building relationships to cultivate future candidates from their efforts
  • Maintaining timely and accurate information on all candidate interactions in the Applicant Tracking System
  • Organizing and promoting an effective employee referral system
  • Research and identify potential job boards. Manage postings on these sites, along with budget/spend
  • Interact with professionals on niche platforms, like Github and Behance
  • Have a passion for deep boolean searches, find those hidden candidates
  • Review online portfolios and resumes to pre-screen candidates
  • Build referrals from internal and external networks for hard-to-fill roles
  • Contact past applicants for new job opportunities. Know how to dig into our ATS platform, datamine for candidates who are familiar with the Redox brand
  • Develop a network of potential candidates and industry professionals
  • Responsibilities include searching social networks and portfolio sites to identify potential candidates
  • Partner with our internal Marketing team to have a systematic outbound Recruitment Marketing plan and approach
  • Identify future hiring needs and proactively source potential hires
  • Measure and report on recruiting metrics such as Source of hire by teamTime-to-fill, Source cost to hire, and Source Diversity
  • Inspect sourcing funnel and leverage data to optimize diverse representation at each stage of the recruiting process

Your Background and Experience

  • 3+ years of corporate and/or search firm recruiting experience with a focus on passive candidate generation in high tech markets
  • Proven work experience as a Sourcing Specialist, Sourcer or similar role
  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
  • Experience with sourcing, tracking, and managing candidates
  • Experience with online sourcing platforms and Xray searching techniques
  • Familiarity with social networks, professional sites and resume databases
  • Experience identifying resources to partner with for diverse candidates.
  • Good knowledge of labor legislation in states that require a specific approach to postings within each state
  • Time management and organizational skills with high attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and succeed in an environment with competing demands and changing needs
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. A talent for writing creative and enticing job postings.
  • Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision
