What You'll Be Doing:

  • Create and implement programs that are inline with business goals and promote productivity, consistency, and growth
  • Coach and support individual contributors and managers with all employee experience matters
  • Collaborate with other HR Business Partners and the People Team to ensure alignment and consistency across the organization
  • Provide thoughtful solutions that are long term focused
  • Ensure new employees are on-boarded effectively to quickly get up to speed in their roles
  • Promote a culture of responsibility and holding people accountable for their work 
  • Create and clarify expectations around attendance, productivity, and collaboration 
  • Partner with leadership to communicate key messages
  • Manage employee relations and investigate concerns as they may arise
  • Carry the voice of the business

What You'll Need:

  • 10+ years of HR Business Partner experience
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • Experience developing and delivering training programs
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience implementing HR best practices and measuring their success
  • A strong sense of accountability
  • An analytical mindset that can organize and parse data
  • An empathetic mindset that is thoughtful and intentional
