Job description

Building and maintaining customer relationships is essential to growing a business. This is where the YND engagement team comes in. This role is all about closing and successfully onboarding the customer. You should be able to understand our services, calculate the offer, negotiate and close the deal. If you are able to mix your superior people skills with technical knowledge and attention to detail, we look very much forward to meeting you!


  • Calculate, negotiate and sell our services by converting leads into customers.

  • Understand our services, strengths and weaknesses inside and out to help our customers achieve their desired outcomes.

  • Identify customers who aren’t using YNDs services to their full potential and proactively reach out regarding an action plan to help them achieve success.

  • Surface opportunities to sell additional services into existing accounts when it’s beneficial for the customer.

  • Match and onboard new customers with the right YND resources that will lead them to success.

  • Ensuring an excellent customer experience during the whole project lifecycle.



  • Natural technical curiosity and problem-solving mindset.

  • Prior experience in a quota-closing role at a tech company.

  • Excellent ability to break down technical jargon into easy-to-understand language.

  • Action-oriented and conscientious - your attention to detail is one of your greatest strengths.

  • Engaging presentation and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Your instinct is to understand the challenges that other businesses face and find the right solution for them.

  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.
