  • Get familiar with internal business performance datasets and tools, as well as those for priority set of customers 
  • Engage with internal and external customers to develop a Business Analysis roadmap to prioritize areas for custom analyses 
  • Establish a repeatable framework to understand, analyze, and quantify campaigns and targeting across multiple product lines - establish the framework for judging product-market-fit
  • Assist Customer Success in post sales engagements to inform your view on the top of the funnel


  • Drive strategic insights to deliver business value to prospects
  • Coordinate across functions of the business to extract insights from our pre sales engagements
  • Aid the sales and business development in the buildout and standardization of customer facing business cases
  • Inform and create standard and value based pricing structures


  • Develop and maintain a monthly campaign analytics and top of funnel reporting
  • Own the business performance analysis process through the top of the funnel (forecasting)
  • Inform and participate in the strategic direction and scale of Nova Credit’s Revenue Operations team
  • Own the research and analysis associated to building lists for outreach, persona alignment, and ICP targeting


  • Bachelor’s Degree in analytical/quantitative field (Economics, CS, Engineering, Math)
  • 2+ years of experience in complex, data-driven problem solving to drive business decisions
  • 2+ years of experience in tactical problem solving, including implementing large scale projects/processes with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, especially across cross functional teams
  • Familiarity with SQL and data visualization/business analytics tools such as Tableau or Mixpanel is required
