Salesforce.com is at the heart of our organization’s sales, support and customer success processes and an integral part of our go-to-market strategy. We are looking for a Salesforce Application Manager to lead our technical Salesforce team, establish best in class delivery processes (QA, CI/CD, Ticketing Triage and Resolution) and oversee the delivery of quality solutions to our internal and external customers.  

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage and lead a team of Salesforce administrators and developers, located in the US and offshore, through technical delivery for our Salesforce implementation and associated applications.
  • Build partnerships with Business Organization stakeholders IT staff to drive continuous improvements for the production systems’ scalability and stability.
  • Help translate business requirements to determine appropriate system solutions.
  • Communicate technical solutions and tradeoffs effectively to stakeholders while ensuring quality and success.
  • Scale our development efforts and operations through improved processes and automation.
  • Work daily with your team, business system analysts and program managers to execute on project deliverables.
  • Define and lead release scope, schedules, and quality. Work with Project Management and development teams across projects to coordinate and plan product deployment, handle conflicts and dependencies.
  • Manage the technical planning, capacity, and development schedule for all projects and ad hoc ticket/support requests.
  • Set development processes and expectations that reinforce the commitment to change management, quality, and our software development lifecycle.
  • Execute and uphold our agile delivery methodology with transparency for all our stakeholders.
  • Provide best practices and documentation to improve our operational efficiency.
  • Develop and demonstrate new strategies that apply technology to resolve organizational challenges.
  • Continuously find opportunities to enable user & transaction growth, support new capability development and enable stability and scale of the Salesforce platform.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 7+ years of delivering enterprise solutions on the Salesforce platform
  • 4+ years of managing multiple SCRUM teams in the capacity of an Application Engineering Manager or Team Lead
  • Large CRM project management and configuration experience (automation, optimization, AI)
  • Deep technical knowledge of enterprise applications and integrations
  • A track record of delivering projects on-time by leveraging your experience in development processes, work estimation, and optimal resource allocation.
  • Passionate about scaling teams and growing individuals in their careers.
  • Team-oriented and skilled in working within a collaborative environment.
  • Strong presentation and technical writing skills to effectively communicate with other teams
  • Matrixed team management experience a plus.
  • Certification Salesforce Advanced Administrator and Platform Developer II a plus.
  • Salesforce Lightning migration, implementation, or design experience a plus.
For Colorado-based candidates: The range for this role for any candidates based in Colorado will be $111,200 – 139,000. In addition to your base salary, you will also be offered 15% bonus and benefits.
