TrackMan Baseball is looking for a Midwest Regional Sales Representative to develop and grow our baseball business in the US.  We are seeking competitive sales professionals that can sell baseball's leading technology solutions to new and existing TrackMan Baseball customers. 

Top candidates will have a strong baseball background, a 4-year college degree, be super competitive, and be able to take a hands-on approach in building relationships with professional and collegiate teams, training facilities, and baseball influencers.  Successful candidates will drive TrackMan sales by developing customer interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales.  TrackMan Sales Representatives are responsible for our customers' success, providing ongoing training in using our product solutions and interpreting TrackMan data.

TrackMan Sales Representatives are required to travel and to immerse themselves in the game of baseball at all levels. This is an exciting opportunity for successful candidates to help TrackMan further revolutionize and impact the game of baseball.  In the United States, TrackMan technology is installed in nearly all major league and all minor league stadiums, used by all 30 MLB teams for player development and evaluation.

manufactures and sells 3D ball flight measurement systems for a variety of sports. Originally developed for golf, TrackMan has become the global leader in tracking technology and sports-motion data

As a Regional Sales Representative for TrackMan in the USA, you will:

  • Aggressively sell TrackMan Baseball products and services, working in some cases in collaboration with TrackMan’s key account managers and subject matter experts
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline, including sales forecasting
  • Lead the introduction of new TrackMan Baseball products and services
  • Develop and maintain relationships across many customer and organization departments as appropriate (e.g., coaches, operations, analytics, scouting, player development)
  • Manage all aspects of the sales process, including prospecting, sales presentations, and proposals, ensure timely and accurate payment of invoices, and ongoing training
  • Develop knowledge of industry and competition, and provide insights and recommendations to TrackMan 


  • Strong sales and business experience with a minimum of three years of relevant experience in sales, account management, or business development within sports, media, or similar technology companies;
  • Experience with data-focused products and services is a plus
  • Strong baseball industry knowledge or experience, with the ability to “speak the language of baseball”
  • Self-starter, ability to work independently
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and good public speaker
  • Driven, a hard worker who delivers on commitments
  • Entrepreneurial and team-oriented
  • Physical ability to demo TrackMan Baseball products
  • Able to travel extensively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • B.S. degree or equivalent
