Our client is a large outdoor equipment retail player operating across a number of countries and locations globally. We are looking for a global creative director that can lead the creative team at the Internal Content Studio. We are looking for someone with a strategic mindset and creative approach to problem-solving, with excellent organizational skills, who has the ability to thrive in an agile environment and manage conflicting priorities. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Lead the creative team at the internal Content Studio to deliver state of the art holistic, innovative, and memorable global brand experiences, campaigns, and content that create real relevancy and emotional connection with Users lives and outdoor communities
  • Oversee and develop the brand expression (tone of voice, look, how brand comes to life) working collaboratively with the Brand Experience Director
  • Build and develop a world-class team of talent professionals which is based in Sweden, USA and Germany
  • Provide user-centric and creative leadership which accelerates the shift to digital and community focus
  • Set effective production workflows imparting accuracy, speed and agility together with the Marketing Operations & Productions team
  • Help drive the vision and direction for the company internal content studio to support the journey from a traditional wholesale approach to a user-centric, experience-driven omnichannel approach
  • Create and maintain an environment that attracts and retains talented digital content creators, storytellers, and designers

Requirements

  • Degree in media, communications, interactive media, or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years in creative & content production team management in a multi-country environment within a company or on agency side
  • 5+ years experience in leading teams of 10+ people
  • Track record of launching impactful, world-class digital content, campaigns, and experiences for consumer brands on an international level
  • Experience from working in agile processes is a plus
