About you: 
You have led a global brand marketing and creative team, and you thrive in a fast-paced environment where you manage multiple projects simultaneously. You are a strong leader and people manager, and you have experience hiring and retaining top talent and building long-lasting partnerships with agencies and vendors. 
You’re bold and disciplined in your approach to brand building and help foster a consumer-centric culture across your team and the organization at large.
You have an equal balance of right and left brain and bring both analytical acumen and a passion for creativity to your role. You practice ruthless prioritization and shift resources based on business impact. 
About the Role: 
This role provides a seasoned marketer the opportunity to build and shape a global brand team. You’ll set the brand strategy and drive forward campaigns that raise awareness and drive growth for Scribd. 
You will: 
• Refine/define the brand vision, architecture, and positioning in the US and Mexico • Grow, inspire and lead a best-in-class brand marketing and creative team • Develop holistic campaigns and creative that drive awareness, affinity, and growth• Partner with cross-functional organizations to ensure there is a consistent and cohesive brand identity across all consumer touchpoints  • Work closely with the growth marketing, lifecycle, social, and PR teams to activate campaigns and seasonal tentpole moments • Lead consumer insights and audience research to define and inform the overall positioning and messaging brand and platform• Measure the impact of brand awareness and reputation on the overall growth of the business 
• 12+ years of demonstrated success and expertise in brand strategy, brand marketing, and creative leadership in the consumer marketing field (bonus points for subscription model experience). • 5+ years of people management experience. Benefits, Perks, and Wellbeing at Scribd
