The Redox Solutions Engineer is a technical product expert who builds the roadmap for success for all of our prospects and customers.
Solutions Engineers are responsible for working closely with the technical stakeholders of prospective and current customers to ensure they have confidence in the Redox platform as a solution. In this role, you'll pair with the sales team in day-to-day activities, own scoping and technical sales as well as assisting with changes in scope and up-sells/renewals for current customers.
The Solutions Engineer is an expert on our product, including recently released features and functionality in development. Solutions Engineers are key elements in the product feedback loop between customer prospects and the Redox product team. They help the team ensure that our product roadmap has the right vision and is prioritized correctly. 

What You Will Do

  • Build trusting relationships with our customers and prospective customers during scoping and technical discussions
  • Act as a technical partner and adviser for prospective and current Redox customers
  • Work with customer prospects to identify and design an integration strategy
  • Understand integration capabilities within the healthcare IT landscape to ensure integration strategies are scalable
  • Identify any Redox platform development requirements when designing integration strategies
  • Communicate, document, and track required customer development with the appropriate product owner
  • Communicate and document customer product feedback
  • Advise and assist the Product Marketing team in maintaining technical product documentation, both internal and customer-facing
  • Manage your assigned vertical’s book of business from a technical perspective

Your Background and Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in healthcare technology
  • 3+ years of experience in a technical customer service or product-focused role
  • Have a working understanding of APIs and web service protocols
  • Expertise in a variety of healthcare workflows
  • Able to learn and understand new technical concepts quickly
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; persuasive and concise in presenting complex ideas both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Able to solve problems on the fly
  • High levels of Redoxiness -
