  • Learn from World Class Faculty - You’ll work with and extract knowledge from the best business professors in the world, getting a front-row seat to the most popular courses and frameworks they teach at top-10 schools. And you’ll get paid for it, rather than forking over six figures a year.
  • Build a Product - This role is an opportunity to leverage analytical skills to build a product that educates business leaders at top performing enterprises. You’ll be directly responsible for driving revenue within our business.
  • Strategy + Execution - You’ll make strategic decisions around how to create sprints but also execute those decisions, gaining hands-on experience making a product.

  • Bring frameworks and strategies to life by creating case studies that highlight these concepts through today’s most relevant companies (i.e. Netflix, Tesla, Zoom, Uber).
  • Create Sprint content including organizational frameworks, video lesson and case study scripts, decks, and practical final projects.
  • Collaborate with a cross functional team of producers, designers, animators, program managers, and marketers to create world class content for Sprints.
  • Serve as the internal and external expert on the content you’ve created to drive comprehension and outcomes for our students.
  • Help improve the speed at which we can create our product.

Who you’ll work with:

  • World-Class Professors - The best business school professors from top 10 schools.

  • Today’s Top Strategists - Our students are top performers in strategy, innovation, marketing, and product at today’s most valuable firms.

Who you are:

  • A person who believes that traditional business education is broken, and a thirst to be a key player in reimagining how to fix it.
  • 4+ years of experience in management consulting, market/business research, private equity research, strategy or marketing for a top tech company, or educational leadership
  • Deep conceptual problem-solving/research skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to distill complex or abstract concepts into well-structured, useable, and easily consumable frameworks.
  • Intellectual curiosity and a knack for finding unusual research sources or creatively finding evidence to prove/disprove hypotheses.

  • Significant experience challenging, improving, and building on ideas from individuals at the forefront of their field (executives, thought leaders, professors, etc.).
  • Ability to lead a cross-functional team of analytical and creative workers.
  • Strategic thinkers with good/quick judgement, but also doers who roll up their sleeves and ship products quickly.
