Role: Sales Enablement Manager Summary: We are looking to hire within our Sales Enablement team. 
This individual will report to the Director for global sales enablement and will be tasked with providing sales enablement and training to 8x8 employees.  This will include: coaching, needs assessment, and relationship building with channel partners and their internal teams. 
Job Responsibilities: Work with sales teams to provide sales enablement to our 8x8 sellers. Work interdepartmentally with Sales, SE's, Partners, Channel Marketing and Product Marketing as well as with a variety of other team members of 8x8 University.
Work with sales and marketing to perform needs analysis - what should we be providing for each individual seller.  Understand basics of selling and what a sales person’s job consists of.  Manage and mentor as you nurture their sales success growth that is centric to 8x8 offerings.
Manage scheduling and follow up with both virtual classroom and in-person classes Communicate with learners, facilitators and speakers to ensure smooth delivery of training classes and programs. Provide reporting on attendance of training sessions to the 8x8 Global sales Enablement Director as well as Sales VPs/Directors and Partner Sales Managers.  Serve as first point of contact for inquiries for channel training needs Contact students to access their evaluation links to conduct surveys Provide metrics on course evaluations monthly and as needed. Support the efforts concerning the on boarding of new Master and sub agents as called upon by the Channel Enablement Director.
Qualifications: Experience in sales training and in direct sales is required. Experience should include: Platform (in-person) training of internal and/or partner sales people. Web/E-Learning delivery.  Must demonstrate a comfort and confidence to deliver presentations to all levels of sales (reps, managers, directors, VPs, etc..)  High energy, positive, outgoing personality.  Responsive, self-motivated and action oriented. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.  Ability to travel 50-70% (mostly 1 -3 day trips) International travel will be minimal but ability to obtain a US passport is required. Desired Location: Central Region: Minneapolis/Chicago/Dallas
