Responsibilities: • Contribute to the development and implementation of Organisational Development strategy, including but not limited organisational design, organization change promotion, team structure setting up, communication plan and implementation plans.• Provide counsel, recommendations and TM expertise to HR, leadership and line clients.• Select, implement and manage effective and efficient organization wide processes and initiatives with aim at building organisational capability.• Facilitate the identification, development and retention of key talents through appropriate actions and processes to strengthen leadership bench.• Collaborate with learning and leadership development to design and implement major leadership development programs.• Propose Talent Management initiatives/actions based on analysis and actively drive the implementation. Design and implement the talent assessment framework for critical roles and functions.
Requirements:• Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree in Organizational Development Human Resources Development, or related discipline preferred.• At least 8 years of experience in Talent, Organization Development, and HR functions working within progressive HR models, preferably in the Crypto, Technology or Consulting industry.• Ability to fluently communicate in English.• Proven analytical and conceptual skills, combined with ability to drive implementation.• Strong collaboration, consultative and influencing skills with the broader HR community and other stakeholders.• External consulting and/or business leadership experience would be valuable.Conditions• Do something meaningful; Be a part of the future of finance technology and the no.1 company in the industry• Fast moving, challenging and unique business problems• International work environment and flat organisation• Great career development opportunities in a growing company• Possibility for relocation and international transfers mid-career• Competitive salary• Flexible working hours, Casual work attire
