How You’ll Contribute:

  • Establish professional relationships and trusted advisor status with key vendor and lab partners
  • Develop a deep understanding of vendor and lab needs/goals and work to ensure that Color and the vendors or labs have a shared definition of success
  • Serve as the single point of contact for the vendor or lab during an integration implementation and through the lifecycle of the integration / partnership
  • Proactively and intentionally drive vendor or lab integration health to meet vendor or lab expectations and contractual commitments
  • Proactively work with the vendor and lab partners and internal stakeholders to understand concerns in the existing partnership and then partner with the product team, engineering team and vendor or lab partner to resolve the issues
  • Iterate on lab integration playbooks to continually seek to streamline lab integrations at scale
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (including Customer Success Managers, Solutions Architects, Implementation Managers and Integration Engineers) during partner launches to ensure smooth onboarding of new labs and testing modalities and to provide 360-degree updates on status and blockers
  • Provide high-touch, responsive support to these key lab/vendor partners

Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • 5+ years of industry experience as a Project Manager, Customer Success Manager, or Vendor Relations Manager in a technical setting
  • Experience implementing technical healthcare integrations with vendor partners
  • Demonstrated ability/flexibility to work cross-functionally in a fast-growing company where fast-paced change is the norm
  • A high-caliber customer service skill set and mindset and a desire to be the first person that a lab or vendor contacts when they need help
  • Strong results orientation and track record of delivering complex projects that exceed client expectations
  • Personal accountability; you own the decisions, actions, and process needed to support healthy long term vendor relationships
  • Strong ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical collaborators: you identify core challenges in complex situations, explain trade offs, and incorporate feedback to drive decisions through docs, wikis, meetings, and other channels as needed.
  • Experience building and iterating programs with high urgency and multiple stakeholders
  • Comfort working at a rapid pace and with a high degree of autonomy, within a complex and changing work environment
  • Experience using Google Suite, Slack.
  • Location: Flexible, with preference for major metro areas in the US
