ModSquad is seeking Mod Contractors to join our network for phone and email support for shrink wrapping products & on-site installation services.
If you enjoy helping connect people with products and services - this is for you! Help us show this new client that ModSquad is the best! 
Project Hours:6 am - 2 pm PTSpecifically seeking availability between 10 am and 2 pm PT
Commitment Expected:15 hours/week60 days

What We Are Looking For:

  • Customer Service/Sales background
  • Phone/ticket support experience
  • Technical Support Background
  • Zoho Experience (preferred but not required)
  • Doesn't have issues taking phone calls
  • Loves to learn new products and become an expert

Workspace Requirements:

  • Dedicated laptop or desktop computer with Windows 10 or above
  • Quality headset 
  • Quiet workspace to take calls 
  • Willingness to install MSQ security software and 2FA app on phone
