Some people call you a recruiter, head hunter, or talent consultant. At Vendr, we like to think we are a team of builders. As one of the members of our Talent team, you will influence and impact how the company thinks about culture, compensation and hiring decisions, specifically across our Purchasing, Sales, and Customer Success. What you do here is important, respected, and highly valued.

What you'll do:

  • Own full lifecycle recruitment for roles across our customer facing teams from sourcing, app review, and initial screens through coordinating interview processes and negotiating/closing at offer stage
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand hiring objectives and launch new roles
  • Track and analyze data to share with hiring teams on the status of their search and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Help analyze, iterate and improve processes surrounding interviews, interview debriefs, among others to provide a best in class candidate experience
  • Consistently generate a healthy pipeline of high quality candidates through outbound sourcing, and help drive initiatives across branding, events, and employee referral channels
  • Identify new areas of opportunity to increase our DE&I efforts (i.e. discovering new job sites to post on, organizations to partner with, events to “attend,” or training materials for hiring teams)

What we need:

  • 2-3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a start-up environment
  • An inherent scrappiness with ability to pivot and adapt in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
  • A strong attention to detail and an eagerness to juggle multiple deliverables - you have the best time management skills of anyone you know
  • Strong communication skills with the confidence and poise to have direct conversations with candidates, hiring teams, and stakeholders 
  • Eagerness to learn, a receptiveness to feedback, and a willingness to embrace our test and learn environment
  • A passion for creating incredibly positive interview experiences where we always put candidate experience first
