HR Specialist

We are currently building our Global HR Team and looking for a HR Specialist, to become a point of contact for Polish employees. You will be an important knowledge owner of our Polish branch, making sure we comply with local labour law while staying true to our culture and values. You will hold performance reviews, collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure first-class onboarding and assist the HR Manager with policy and process documentation. 


As our local HR representative, you will also be responsible for our virtual office, handling the postbox, storing and distributing equipment when needed. You will report to the Head of HR in Sweden.


Key responsibilities

  • Being a point of contact for Polish labour law-related issues

  • Supporting Polish team and managers with HR-related questions

  • Creating policies and processing documentation

  • Collaborating in on/off-boarding processes

  • Holding performance reviews

  • Managing the administrative tasks connected with virtual office (postbox, ordering and coordinating equipment)

  • Coordinating team gatherings and events

  • Continuously work to ensure, improve and inspire people with company values

Requirements

Job requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in the HR field

  • Education within HR field or similar - nice to have

  • A solid understanding of Polish labour law, GDPR and other applicable regulatory frameworks

  • Strong English language skills - B2/C1

  • Great communication skills

  • Being a people person :)
