Support revenue growth from $16M to $30M by December 2021 by being the expert in Revenue Operations & Intelligence market landscape. This role is incredibly strategic, with significant executive visibility as they will be responsible for analyzing’s overall market opportunity and bringing critical competitive and market insights back to our Product and GTM teams to continuously refine our strategy to accelerate growth.


  • Lead Competitive Intelligence Program - Launch competitive intelligence program to increase field confidence in differentiation, and deliver detailed market landscape map along with competitive playbooks for top tier vendors.
  • Lead Market Sizing and Segmentation - Partner with Product and Operations leaders to deliver a complete market segmentation and sizing analysis, along with a framework to quantify the best path for to expand ICP.
  • Monitor Revenue Tech Stack and Vendor Landscape - Lead the ongoing analysis of the revenue operations and intelligence market to understand where we fit, which vendors we compliment and where we directly compete in order to inform product, positioning and enablement strategy.
  • Enable the Field - Lead competitive SWAT team to gather feedback from the field on market and competitive intel needs and partner with the enablement team to increase the overall understanding of where we fit in their tech stack and how we differentiate.  
  • Partner on Roadmap Development - Partner with Product leadership to develop an ongoing customer research program to test, validate and get unbiased feedback on market needs, product requirements and provide input to build/buy/partner opportunities.
  • Partner on GTM Strategy - Partner with Product Marketing Leaders to provide input on Product GTM and demand gen strategy to continuously strengthen our strategic positioning and elevate our competitive positioning in the market.
