Truepill is seeking a BI Architect that will be part of the Data Analytics and Engineering team.
You will be responsible for leveraging your analytical and architectural skills and have a hands-on attitude to help bring actionable insights that you or the team will use to implement, drive, and shape how programs, projects, and/or teams run at Truepill.
You will partner cross-functionally across teams (customer ops, pharmacy ops, engineering, and warehouse ops) and within the analytics and business intelligence team in the supporting, facilitating, and reporting required to ensure Truepill maintains high quality and service standards, identify actionable insights, and KPIs, increase supply chain and operations visibility and help drive accountability and efficiency targets across Truepill’s various products, services, and teams.

We’re Looking for Someone With:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or other related degree.
  • 10+ plus years of related experience.
  • Experience in the design and building of enterprise data platforms.
  • Excellent knowledge of data modeling, SQL, and ETL.
  • Strong quantitative abilities and problem-solving skills 
  • Strong attention to detail and process follow-through. Able to work both independently and cross-functionally
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and customer service skills; excellent communicator with active listening skills. 
  • Advanced Fluency with Business Intelligence Tools: Looker or Tableau
  • Experience in creating and documenting detailed requirements, user stories/specification by example, business processes, fit/gap analysis 

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Define the overall business intelligence (BI) data architecture including; ETL Processes, ODS, EDW, data marts, and data lakes.
  • Recommend appropriate technologies to support the implementation of the business intelligence (BI) roadmap.
  • Work with the data architect to ensure that logical and physical data models support the analytic needs of the business.
  • Plan for hardware and environment growth.
  • Develop BI framework to support PHI/PII data management.
  • Ensure Truepill does not compromise quality by meeting all compliance and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with key business users to identify needs and opportunities for improved data management and delivery.
  • Keep up to date on new technologies in the business intelligence (BI) marketplace.
  • Working directly with multiple stakeholders and business partners to drive processes from inception to closing. 
  • Define, document, and manage requirements through interacting with software developers, technical architects, and various teams and leaders within Truepill. 
  • Proactively partner with the pharmacy, warehouse, and engineering teams to address issues and work closely to propose quality improvement projects and implement/suggest solutions in workflow
