We are looking for an experienced business leader to lead our enterprise service team as President, Enterprise Services. In this role, the services team lead will work to understand the customer’s goals, requirements, expectations, and challenges as well as analyze situations and data for configuring or developing business solutions. You will work with the functional and technical project leads and other stakeholders on implementation aspects of the project and work together to build an understanding of and leverage Truepill methodologies, tools, and leading practices.
This is a challenging, exciting role that will test your consulting skills, strategic thinking, leadership skills, technical skills, and ability to remain focused and follow through on plans.

Responsabilites

  • Oversee portfolio of clients, responsible for client satisfaction, delivery excellence, portfolio strategy, portfolio profitability, and portfolio growth
  • Lead and manage large cross-functional teams to deliver value to clients via technology and service solutions
  • Serve as advisor and project sponsor for complex engagements
  • Strategic and analytical insights to identify and solve client's business, marketing, and technology problems
  • Work to identify growth opportunities within existing accounts
  • Build collaborative client relationships and account size based on trust and tangible results
  • Manage a team that is responsible for the day-to-day operations of our largest accounts making sure the account is running smoothly and profitably
  • Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement
  • Gather business requirements, identify needs and scope programs to ensure quality programs exceed client's expectations and industry standards
  • Manage budget tracking and forecasting for your projects/work with your team across all CX disciplines involved
  • Establish thorough project documentation, develop project plans, drive client business reviews for your campaigns, identify and draft marketing success stories
  • Know the client's business intimately and be an effective spokesperson for the client within Truepill, representing the client's point of view and concerns
  • Be part of an internal team working on short-term projects and/or campaigns, with an understanding of long-term planning requirements and growth of the business
  • Help identify potential projects and sources of revenue

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience overseeing a portfolio of clients and executing/implementing software programs
  • 5+ years of healthcare (PBM/Payers) consulting experience highly desired 
  • Extensive project/program management experience
  • Experience with agile and other development methodologies
  • P&L management experience, in healthcare a plus
  • Highly skilled technology professional with expertise in Professional Services, Management and Program Management (PMO)
  • Extremely proactive, highly organized, with ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Ability to build strong relationships with executives
  • Strong data gathering, storytelling, and analytical skills
  • Highly developed leadership and people management skills
  • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for client-specific requirements
  • Client focused with an obsession for achieving results
  • Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines while demonstrating enthusiasm toward colleagues and clients
