Job Purpose

This Program Assistant will provides assistance to the Eureka Math Product Team at Great Minds. General duties include assistance with scheduling, communications, research, writing proposals, and project management.


Responsibilities

  • Assist with department communications
  • Support and contribute to the development of curricular products in collaboration with department team members (e.g., draft presentations, documents, and reports, research)
  • Provide administrative support to department leadership (e.g., scheduling, maintain databases, process and track invoices and expenses, plan and organize events and meetings)

Requirements

  • Clear, effective, and timely communication, both written and oral
  • Comfort with technology and ability to learn new applications
  • Adherence to deadlines, including the ability to manage multiple and often conflicting priorities
  • Self-directed and works efficiently with minimal supervision
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfort with giving and receiving feedback, including incorporating feedback
  • Passion for PK–12 educational materials, and willingness to learn and study the Eureka Math curriculum
