About this role

We’re looking for a Recruiting Operations Program Manager to join our growing Recruiting Operations team, which drives operational excellence for the hiring at Faire. This role will sit at the center of Faire’s recruiting strategy, support a high volume of complex stakeholders and influence nearly every aspect of the hiring process. As an early member of a growing team, this is an exciting opportunity to help shape the future of hiring at Faire.

What you’ll do 

  • Manage and optimize multiple recruiting programs by creating project plans, timelines, documentation and updates (Ex: recruiting onboarding, employee referral program)
  • Drive global adoption of talent team tools by delivering user-centric training, documentation and support
  • Develop flexible and impactful solutions, guided by creativity and candidate empathy, that help our recruiters and coordinators work more effectively and efficiently as we continue to grow.
  • Partner with leads across Talent and People to understand goals and implement means to measure through programs and processes. 
  • Cultivate trusting relationships with the Recruiting team and other cross-functional partners that enable the successful delivery of efficient and thoughtful programs, processes, and solutions.
  • Perform workflow process audits to guarantee accuracy of all Recruiting-related reports and programs.
  • Contribute to the development of recruiting dashboards and success metrics.

 

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience, with at least one in a recruiting systems role
  • Experience with Greenhouse (ATS) 
  • An understanding of the recruiting lifecycle and the needs of core users (candidates, recruiters, coordinators, hiring managers, interviewers)
  • Experience designing, implementing, and managing recruiting programs
  • Self-starter with strong sense of urgency and ability to work in fast-paced, complex and scaling environment
  • Excellent written communication, verbal communication, data visualization and presentation skills
