Our digital marketing team is highly analytical, moves fast, and is focused on one thing: getting more people to shop for groceries using Instacart. We’re looking for a talented digital marketer to join us. This person will be working directly with senior leadership across different teams and will be making a big impact on overarching company goals. Join us!


  • Drive user acquisition through social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and Pinterest)
  • Set-up, optimize and scale multi-million dollar paid social campaigns
  • Work cross functionally as the primary stakeholder building & managing scalable end to end creative testing processes
  • Support company initiatives by planning and driving paid social marketing efforts
  • Identify opportunities for campaign optimization - audience targeting, bidding, ad copies and landing pages - and implement a test plan
  • Work with creative team to develop innovative and high-performing assets across all devices and formats
  • Develop a channel strategy to meet both short term and long term acquisition goals
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to scale acquisitions, efficiently
  • Track, report and present campaign performance with internal stakeholders


  • 3-5 years managing paid social campaigns in-house, across major social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and Pinterest)
  • Strong analytical skills: effectively analyze large data sets and provide actionable insights
  • Deep knowledge of incrementality testing and experimentation
  • Expert in scaling paid social campaigns efficiently
  • Experience establishing and managing paid marketing creative testing processes
  • In-depth knowledge building paid social campaigns
  • Thorough understanding of acquisition marketing and latest paid social trends
  • Experience working cross functionally with product, engineering, analytics, and design teams to grow channel
  • Detailed oriented
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Passionate about finding the ideal customer experience
  • Experience with analysis application: Excel, Snowflake, Periscope, or similar

Preferred Qualifications

  • SQL experience
  • experience in the on-demand economy
  • Past experience working with product catalogs of over 10k+ SKUs
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
