Reporting to the VP of Marketing, the Manager will be responsible for overseeing all technical marketing operations for the Emburse brands. In this role, you will be responsible for the health and maintenance of the marketing technology stack, and be a key player in the success of the marketing organization. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of how our tech stack interacts and have suggestions on how we can improve.

What you'll do:

  • Ensure lead flow from all levers (Marketo, Drift, etc.) are populating properly in SFDC
  • Administor Marketo, Drift, and other marketing tools
  • Manage GDPR compliance
  • Support marketing team with requests like setting up programs in Marketo, list upload, etc.
  • Create and own processes to ensure marketing ops excellence
  • Maintain all campaign tagging processes and updates, and ensure accurate tagging for data cleanliness, using systems such as Bizible, DemandBase, ZoomInfo
  • Manage data cleanliness and limits in marketing systems
  • Upload and tag new leads from vendor programs
  • Oversee new software research and implementation
  • Integrate new technology into our tech stack

What we're looking for:

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations
  • Marketo Certified Expert highly desired
  • A proven experience creating, managing, and optimizing a marketing technology stack
  • A history of B2B (preferably SaaS) marketing experience
  • Experience working cross-departmentally with Sales operations
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • A desire to work collaboratively and respectfully with other team members, regardless of position
  • Strong oral and written communications skills
  • A natural learner and excitement around growing and developing in new environments
  • Open to learning through failure
