About the RoleLyra Health is looking for an experienced LMS administrator to serve in a contract position, completing job duties that can be performed from anywhere in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day-to-day learning management system operations and resolves operating problems and errors
  • Review and develop documentation for the LMS and considers most efficient pipelines and procedures for meeting business goals
  • Provides training and guidance to employees working on the learning management system, via on-line meetings, phone calls, and through documentation
  • Manage, administer, and help troubleshoot the learning management platform that serves as the hub of learning
  • Work in a collaborative, cross-functional role to document needs, gather feedback, and execute on shared vision

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience as an instructional designer or LMS administrator in a corporate L&D context
  • Advanced knowledge of, and extensive experience working with, learning management systems (e.g., Docebo, Cornerstone) 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially in writing documentation for how to specifically achieve certain outcomes within the LMS
  • Ability to work with limited supervision and knowledge of when to escalate issues
  • Ability to prioritize and organize multiple projects effectively
