Mods assist and guide customers to the right answers, solve concerns and are the GPS for customers to understand and optimize the best use of a client's product or services. As a leading publisher of Christian homeschool curriculum, our client has something to offer every homeschooling family since they started in 1977. 
Do you have an interest in homeschooling or would like to help? 
We are looking for a strong Tier 2 phone/chat support agent to assist our growing families looking to take control of their children's education.
Mods will handle both inbound and outbound calls. They will also handle 1-2 chats at a time. Customer inquiries range from setting up an account on the homeschooling website to transferring customers over to tech support if it is not an issue we can help them with.
Project Hours:6 am - 6 pm PST
Especially Seeking Availability:8 am - 4 pm PST
Commitment:90 days (as needed)

What We Are Looking For:

  • Ability to communicate clearly
  • Ability to respond to customer in a kind, sympathetic and positive way
  • Willingness to learn 
  • Experience in customer service 
  • Experience with phone and chat support
  • Ability to handle a minimum of 2 chats at a time.
  • Experience with Cisco soft phone and/or Live Chat is a plus!

WorkSpace Requirements:

  • Dedicated laptop or desktop computer with Windows 10 or above
  • Quality headset
  • Quiet workspace to take calls
  • Willingness to install MSQ security software and 2FA app on phone
  • Ability to install VMWare as this is a C2 Security project
