Binance is looking for an experienced User Lifecycle Manager to strategise and develop user lifecycle campaigns based on complex data and research with the goal to optimise Binance's outreach and conversion to the end users.
This role can be based remotely in an Asia location.

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately mine user needs according to the user lifecycle, and target them through operation strategies, aligning with Binance's business development goal
  • Have an in-depth understanding of the characteristics of the company, brand, business, external competitions; set up different strategies to different business scenarios, markets and users
  • Reach and engage users via operation tools (e.g. Push, Email ,Inmail) and other programs like coupon, credits or other benefits
  • Conduct data analysis on campaign results between selected user group and other contrast group; use data to optimize and formulate operation plans
  • Collaborate with different local/business units and central teams to construct cross selling strategies

Requirement:

  • 5+ years of experiences in user lifecycle management preferably in Internet or Fintech industries
  • Experiences in managing global user base/ projects will be a plus
  • Possess strong awareness in advertising and user operations e.g. loyalty programs, coupons, credits and activity management
  • Ability to use complex data to identify issues, generate hypothesis and formulate campaigns
  • English fluency is a must, Chinese is a plus
  • Degree or above in Marketing or data-analysis related subject
