Your mission:The Senior Marketing Manager, Industry, Americas will be responsible for developing an integrated marketing strategy and executing marketing campaigns to increase demand generation for healthcare and other industries.

This is what you will do at UiPath:

  • Operate in harmony with our company values: Humble, Fast, Immersed and Bold.
  • Develop and execute a marketing plan for select industries to generate pipeline and support sales goals, including:
  • · Develop and implement multi-channel (e.g., digital, events, webinars, social) lead generation and nurture campaigns for each industry
  • · Collaborate on messaging and content strategy for each industry
  • · Identify customer stories by industry
  • · Track campaign performance and optimize to increase demand and continuous improvement
  • Engage with internal stakeholders and business partners across a wide range of departments (e.g., Global Marketing, Sales, Content Marketing, Product Marketing)

This is what you will bring to UiPath:

  • A track record of success marketing to healthcare organizations with knowledge of the market and relevant channels
  • An understanding of key industry, associations, publications and events
  • A track record of success working as a marketer, including demand generation and campaign management in a B2B software or IT environment
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce.com and marketing automation software
  • Experience in online and digital marketing, including understanding of the latest B2B customer engagement tactics
  • Experience planning and executing online and in person events and tradeshow participation
  • Demonstrated ability to work with a rapidly growing sales organization
  • Hands on with all elements of tactics. You must be comfortable executing tactics and designing strategy. A track record of being resourceful and self-reliant is a must.
  • Genuine excitement and curiosity for technology innovation and its impact on improving business performance and society.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
