This role is responsible for the development of some of the largest UK Accounting Firms. You’ll work closely with Partner Consulting, Education and Marketing to formulate strategies and campaigns to assist Partners to achieve their goals and Xero to achieve ours. You’ll assist Partners to create strategies and plans to roll Xero out at scale and ensure your Partners get the very best Xero experience. You’ll be a thought leader, evangelist and critical component in the success of your Partner base.
You have a strong background in Enterprise level Account Management and will be responsible for building and managing strong relationships with large UK Accounting firms. You will monitor and work with them as they progress through the sales cycle by way of a formal Partner Engagement plan individually developed for each partner focusing on driving online strategy deep within the practice with a view to driving customer numbers up to achieve and exceed monthly targets.
You will be expected to manage the recruitment, education and growth of your partner base through the delivery of Xero partner events and driving attendance for Xero Sales led events and Partner Forums as well as working to a an 8 week minimum call cycle.
This is a field based role and when not on partner visits you will be based from home.

What you’ll bring…

  • 5+ years’ field account management experience
  • Experience of dealing with large multi national accounts (Enterprise Accounts)
  • Xero expertise and other accounting software knowledge
  • Proven sales performance and results driven
  • An interest and intrigue in the emerging online accounting market
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills and an enthusiasm for building strong relationships
  • Ability to create a quick and strong rapport with partners
  • Process driven and takes ownership
