We are looking for someone to join our Customer Success team as an Implementation Lead. You are the operational point person quarterbacking the delivery of our most critical programs.  You will work closely with the customer success manager and  you will partner with our fulfillment, site operations, support, solutions architects, program managers and others to successfully deliver scoped, on time deliverables for our customers. This is a full time employment position. 

How You’ll Contribute:

  • 2 - 3 years experience working closely with the customer success manager and account executive to understand the customer’s requirements, their implication on implementation and dependencies on cross-functional teams
  • Partnering with cross-functional Color teams to scope customer asks and  understand what is required to implement a specific customer program
  • Owning the execution of the overall program implementation, removing roadblocks, making sure all workstreams have owners, holding teammates accountable to milestones and creating ongoing visibility for status of the program
  • Seeing around corners to anticipate risks and customers needs and getting ahead of them
  • Being the first responder when problems happened during execution, and rallying the team towards a resolution
  • Partnering with the customer success manager to triage customer requests and determining what is feasible within a given scope and timeframe

  • Creative problem solvers who love fixing problems and unblocking obstacles
  • Operationally oriented, and good at process and operational optimization
  • Doer, with very strong execution and project management skills in complex situations
  • Know how to move both collaboratively and independently toward a solution, and can develop rapport with the different Color teams
  • Good customer relationship management, and a high level of empathy with our clients’ needs

Nice to Have:

  • Comfortable with ambiguity, unexpected to changes in direction, and the need for rapid iteration around incomplete information
  • Knows how to assess risk and implications of emerging problems, and has a sound judgment when it comes to making critical decisions
  • Can operate in high stakes environments, and know when to escalate issues appropriately
  • Willing to learn deeply how our processes work, to better engage teams on solutions
