As a Product Designer, Platform, you will have the ability to make an impact quickly, with a generous amount of support and respect for the UX process company-wide. The teams are collaborative and open to your ideas, while we keep our collective eye on supporting our customers’ needs.  
Treasure Data offers a Customer Data Platform (CDP) that unifies customer data from disparate sources to deliver a holistic view of the customer enabling insights and actions with the objective of optimizing personalized customer journeys. Treasure Data has differentiated technologies to ingest and unify customer data, perform machine learning on customer data and syndicate with other software products for activation, all the while adhering to complex security and privacy requirements of large enterprises. Numerous global customers like Subaru, Panasonic, LG and Canon trust Treasure Data to handle their complexity, scale and security needs.

Role & Responsibility

  • Product Design - problem-framing, brainstorming, wireframing, prototyping, working side-by-side with engineers and product managers
  • Design Deliverables using Figma Product Research - qualitative & quantitative research to guide directions and decisions
  • Collaborate with product managers, customers, engineers, and other designers to build new features and products on the Platform side
  • Communicate design projects to stakeholders at various stages of the design process with user journeys, mockups, storyboards, specs, prototypes, etc.
  • Iterate design based on feedback, and technical/business considerations
  • Information Architecture
  • Conceiving designs to be shown to prospects to help validate product roadmap direction
  • Working with other designers to create consistent design patterns throughout the entire product experience

  • Decent at visualizations

  • Graduated from HCI or related fields
  • New grad or 1-3 years of experience
  • You have talent and just need a chance to shine
  • Can communicate with ENG partners well, good with technical conversations

  • Champion of Figma
  • Experience with Design Systems
  • Experience with MarTech industry
  • Experience with complex enterprise B2B products
  • Experience using a product analytics tool
  • Speaks Japanese or have elementary understanding (we do a lot of business in Japan)
