In order to achieve this accelerated growth, we are currently hiring for a Senior G&A Recruiter to join our thriving team. This is a fully remote opportunity within the US.

Role Purpose
The Talent Acquisition Advisor is expected to drive and provide accurate, timely and professional support in recruitment. This is an excellent opportunity for a capable individual who would like to develop a career in Talent Acquisition. The ideal candidate for this role will be a highly motivated, organized and efficient person who is able to multi-task, priorities and rise to a challenge.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for a fast-paced business group with accelerated growth, by working closely with the business and its’ hiring managers.
  • Gather requirements from the business understand the same in terms of role and job specs. Identify and source high quality candidates through searches, user groups, professional and social networking, candidate referrals, networking, web sourcing and ATS data mining. Continuously explores new recruiting sources, job boards, and forums and social networking site.
  • Screen, assess and qualify candidates against Treasure Data values and role competencies.
  • Manage interviews, communication with hiring managers, employee referrals and candidates
  • Conduct HR interviews
  • Own the relationship with the short-listed candidates for interview and ensure regular updates and feedback is provided.
  • Create offers and closing on offer negotiation.
  • Recruitment approval process adherence and use of existing Talent Management system. Ensure strong process compliance to enable recruitment of extraordinary talent.
  • Manage recruitment database, ensure that it is up-to-date and generate reports on a regular basis for the team and business
  • Be the point of contact for driving and ensuring closure to all assigned tasks.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors’ Degree or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years professional, full-cycle recruitment experience
  • In-house recruitment experience in a matrix environment
  • Combination of global enterprise and startup experience highly preferred
  • Technical skills: ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter and other social media channels, job boards and MS Office Suite
